What happens when you start to understand what others value? I wish I could use the word magic. Actually I used the word magic for a long time because that is what I thought it was. Now that I have studied human potential and the glue that makes it stick I have come to know exactly how to get what I want and to give what others are looking for.
I have heard that win-win is not actually possible but if you look beyond the things you can see, you start to understand and make your life a living scene out of what you would think was a movie. Now what I am describing is not mystic, cosmic or weird although some may think so, but when you understand that potential part the hidden part of you so to speak it makes much more sense. Living at your highest level seems like a dream and it is until you know how to move that dream into a reality. You may say what does this have to do with rapport? Everything you cannot influence another person to your way of thinking unless you know how YOU THINK. When you discover that you and I are pretty much the same only the wrapping is different you are able to see farther than a whole lot of people. You will see that you have infinite potential and that others do as well.
Rapport starts by valuing another person and then being able to talk about how to increase their value and not yours. Rapport starts with making the choices that help promote what someone else wants and not only what you want to give them.
How can we create a world that evolves around the customer? By asking ourselves some deep thinking questions. We can generate a better base of customers. I have been able to keep a 95% reorder rate in products and a retention that keeps customers and builders happy and content. How do people see the value of staying with your business and product. People have to be shown value and value sells products and value never goes away.
Also, from this comes the Critical Mass factor to get your business form 0-1,000,000.00 is to know what your critical mass factor is. This is a simple understanding but you have to first know what you want to be able to get to critical mass and your rapport factor has to be factored to really get to this number.
Napolean Hill states in "Think and Grow Rich" that one of the principles in creating wealth is to have a pleasing personality and it is so true. You must be someone who is pleasant, for rapport to be given to you.
